Important Notice

With effect from 12/06/2020, our company no longer authorises our agents to sell Cavilla products on all marketplace such as Shopee, Lazada and Qoo10. We will not hold any responsibility over products not sold by our official and authorised distributors.

Cavilla Certification

Due to increasing popularity, there have been reports of counterfeit products in the market whom those individuals or organisations take advantage of both the consumer and Cavilla brand with total disregard for the user experience. Do note - Cavilla does not allow for the placement of products on any of the market places (shopee, Lazada, Qoo10 etc). Counterfeit products are not authentic and therefore do not meet the high quality and safety standards established by Cavilla. All authentic Cavilla products come with an unique Identifier that is read through a QR code.

Shipping & Delivery

Upon successful payment and order confirmation, our agent will arrange courier pick up within 1 - 2 business days. Courier will take up to 3 working days to ship your parcel to designated address.

Tracking Your Order

There will be a tracking link or tracking number given to you via WhatApps upon requested.

Cavilla Singapore Official focuses on distributing our products to Singapore and Malaysia. Free shipping island wide with no minimum purchase.

Do you accept SGD / MYR

Our default payment currency is SGD. If you wish to make payment in MYR, you may send the payment via bank transfer to our Malaysia bank account.

Can I amend my order after payment is made

Our agent will contact you to confirm your order. If you would like to amend your order, We will do our best to accommodate to your request. However, there is no guarantee that the request can be fulfilled once courier is arranged.
